Father’s Day

Father’s Day is almost here. While you are out shopping for an appropriate card and looking at ties and such, please remember that spending quality time with Dad is very important.
Most Dads I know are macho, especially when it comes to going to the doctor for routine check-ups and definitely not too happy about getting “that exam.”
It is a good time to reinforce with your dad/uncles/brothers etc the importance of a routine physical, good diet habits and regular exercise.
With the celebration of Dad’s day make sure that he will celebrate may more healthy and happy ones.
